Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 3 Neo in India at a price tag of Rs. 40,900, at the Samsung Forum Asia 2014 in Bali couple of days back. It went on pre-order on the same day at the launch price, but Samsung has suddenly reduced the price of the device, that is available for pre-order at Rs. 38,990 on the official eStore.
