AT&T currently offers 4 smartphones based on the Windows Phone 7 Operating System – HTC HD7S, HTC Surround, LG Quantum and Samsung Focus. AT&T recently announced that, the company will offer 3 new smartphones running on the new Windows Phone 7.5 OS, code-named as “Mango”.
