Historically, apart from iPad Pro models, Apple has used LCD displays, a.k.a. Retina True Tone displays in Apple terms, for its other iPad models like Air, Mini, and more. It looks like that’s going to change, with Korean sources citing that Apple has chosen Samsung to supply OLED screens for 2027 iPad Air models.
