Celkon has launched Celkon Win 400, the company’s first Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone exclusively on Snapdeal. It has a 4-inch WVGA display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor with Adreno 302 GPU, has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera.
