Google today announced that starting today, users can use Google Maps to easily plan where to go as a group. All you have to do is just long press on any place to add the place to shortlist-the small floating bubble on the side of your screen. Once you’ve added places, you can quickly share the list with your friends on any messaging platform, add or remove additional places, and vote together in Google Maps.

There is a visual indicator letting the user know he is logged into Google. Google has silently renamed its ‘Google Keep’ to “Keep Notes.” with the V5.0.371.03 that started rolling out on Monday. This tiny rebrand is visible on the home screen icon, launcher, and Android’s App Info page in system settings. However, the Google web app page still refers to the service as Google Keep, and the Play Store listing is yet to be updated.
