Samsung India has introduced the Galaxy Forever Program, a purchase plan for its flagship Galaxy smartphones. The program allows customers to pay 50% of the device price through 12 interest-free monthly installments. It also includes Samsung Care+ protection worth Rs. 13,999, covering accidental and liquid damage.
After one year, customers can choose to upgrade to a new Galaxy S series device, retain the current phone, or return it through Samsung’s website.
Galaxy Forever Program: Payment structure
Under the Galaxy Forever Program, buyers pay half of the device price over 12 monthly installments with zero interest. During this period, the device is covered under Samsung Care+, which provides protection against accidental and liquid damage.

Once the first year is completed, customers can choose one of three options depending on how they want to proceed with the device.
Options after one year
After completing one year, customers can choose one of three options.
- Upgrade option: Customers can request an upgrade to the next Galaxy S series flagship through Samsung.com between the 10th and 13th month after purchase. If approved and all dues are cleared, the existing loan will be closed and a new loan will be issued for the upgraded device.
- Retain option: Customers can keep the device by paying the remaining loan amount according to the payment schedule.
- Return option: Customers can submit a return request through Samsung.com between the 12th and 13th month.
The Galaxy Forever Program includes Samsung Care+ protection, which covers accidental and liquid damage during the first year. Customers do not need to purchase the protection plan separately.
How to join the Galaxy Forever Program
Customers can enroll in the program while purchasing eligible devices through Samsung’s website.
- Step 1: Visit the Galaxy S26 Series product page on Samsung.com
- Step 2: Select “Join Now” for the Galaxy Forever option and proceed with checkout
- Step 3: Use the device for one year
- Step 4: After one year, choose to upgrade, retain, or return the device
Device requirements for upgrade or return
For upgrade or return requests, the device must meet certain conditions:
- The phone must power on
- The device must not be tampered with (IMEI validation will be performed)
- Accessories such as a stylus, if applicable, must be included
- The device must be charged for validation checks during pickup
Users are advised to back up contacts, photos, videos, and other personal data and remove memory cards or external storage before the device is collected.
