Metis Learning, an education start-up has launched Eddy, the company’s first Android-based learning tablet for kids. The tablet comes with 150 learning games that are linked to school curriculum, covering key learning areas including language, math and creativity.  These games are highly engaging, violence-free and enjoyable for children. It is targeted at children aged 2-10 years and has educator-selected learning content.

HCL,  Swipe and Binatone had already launched their own Android-based tablets for Kids, but this seem promising based on its features and hardware.
