Google has updated the Google Calendar app for Android ( version 201305280) that brings new features including option to customize event and calendar colors, redesigned date and time picker, redesigned timezone picker now lets you search time zones and option to schedule repeating events easily. The Google Calendar app for Android was released back in October last year.
