LG has released new Quick Cover case for the Optimus G in Korea. They come in 7 colors, including 5 shiny variants and two patterned variants. The Quick Cover case has a semiconductor device mounted on a magnetic substance on the cover, that makes the screen turn off immediately when closed, and wake up immediately when opened. The Quick Cover doesn’t affect NFC (Near Field Communication) and wireless charging capabilities in the Optimus G Pro.
The Quick Cover is made of premium materials and has sleek design. The pattern cover shows different patterns based on the viewing angle and the angle of the light, just like the patterned back of the phone.
The Optimus G Pro Quick Cover is now available in Indigo Black, Platinum White and Pink Blossom colors in Korea for 43000 Korean Won (~US$40). Sensation Lime and Crystal Blue would go on sale by the end of this month.
Quick cover with cube patterns in Shiny Black and Platinum White colors would be available for 39000 Korean Won (~US$36). All these would be available from online retailers and stores in Korea.
