INTEX has launched their first 3.5G data card in India. It offers high-speed 3G wireless connectivity with download speeds up to 7.2 Mbps and up to 5.76 Mbps upload speeds. It is also compatible with GPRS enabled SIM cards on a 2G platform. The company launched their first 3G data card earlier this year.
The 3.5G services would let you download content at a higher speeds. It offers access to phone book and SMS. It also supports Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) to check your pre-paid balance. The Dual antenna provides enhanced signal strength.
It supports micro SD card up to 16 GB and runs on most of the available operating systems- Windows, XP, Vista, Win 7 and Mac OS.
The INTEX 3.5G wireless data card is priced at Rs. 1800 and would be available at IT and Telecom Channel Partners, INTEX SQUARES retail stores, various hypermarkets and online retail sites across India. They plan to launch range of data cards by the end of this year.
