Positioned in the sub-Rs 1,500 segment, the entry-level dual-SIM device targets users seeking a secondary device, senior citizens, and first-time mobile owners who require basic connectivity paired with contemporary hardware additions such as USB Type-C charging.

The itel ACE 4 Shine features a curved body with a textured finish aimed at improving grip and durability. The device is equipped with a 1.77-inch QQVGA color display (128 × 160 pixels) alongside a backlit “Radiant Keypad” and a large-font dialer, designed to ensure legibility and ease of navigation under varied lighting conditions. Color options include Black, Magic Blue, and Forest Green.
