Sony India has launched the 1000X THE COLLEXION (WH-1000XX) wireless headphones and the WF-1000XM6 true wireless earbuds. Both models feature noise cancellation technology, new processors, AI-powered call features, and intelligent controls.
Sony 1000X THE COLLEXION (WH-1000XX)
The WH-1000XX features a minimalist design with metal accents, leather finishes and a slim profile. It comes with a wider headband, spacious ear cushions, lightweight construction and an around-the-neck fit. The headphones include a magnetic carrying case and physical controls.
The headphones use a bespoke driver unit powered by the HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN3 and Integrated Processor V3, with sound tuning developed under Sony’s “For the Music” initiative.

Sony WF-1000XM6 earbuds
The WF-1000XM6 features noise cancellation with a claimed 25% reduction in noise compared with the WF-1000XM5. It uses the Auto Noise Cancelling Optimizer to adjust noise cancellation based on wearing conditions and surroundings. The Auto Ambient Sound mode balances music playback and external sounds.
The earbuds are powered by the HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN3e with an improved DAC and amplifier. They feature an ergonomic design with a refined surface structure for fit and noise isolation.
For calls, the WF-1000XM6 uses AI-driven voice pickup technology with directed microphones and a bone conduction sensor to capture the user’s voice while reducing background noise.
