In the video, RCB players are depicted reviewing conceptual designs for an upcoming device on a laptop. When asked to choose between two design directions that entered production, the players selected the option on the left, characterizing it as a “matte red” finish. The closing frame of the clip highlights Nothing’s position as a title sponsor alongside the official RCB logo.
Design and Aesthetics
Based on the dialogue and visual cues in the video, the special edition device deviates from Nothing’s traditional transparent and monochrome color schemes.
- Color Palette: The primary distinguishing feature of this variant is a distinct matte red colorway, aligning with the franchise’s branding.
- Hardware Branding: The video indicates discussions regarding the placement and size of the franchise logo on the chassis, suggesting specialized physical branding on the rear panel.
We can expect the Nothing Phone (4b) RCB Edition to feature custom packaging, themed software assets, and limited production runs.
Nothing recently opened a registration page on its official website, nothing.tech, where you can sign up to receive updates and notifications regarding the launch.
