ASUS has announced expanded access to genuine laptop batteries through select ASUS Exclusive Stores (AES) across India. The initiative aims to improve availability of authorised replacements and strengthen after-sales support across the company’s laptop portfolio.
The move is part of ASUS India’s after-sales ecosystem under its “Assurance” framework, which focuses on service quality, coverage, support, and added-value services. It is designed to enhance long-term device reliability and improve service access for both consumer and gaming laptop users.

ASUS is ensuring availability of only genuine replacement batteries through authorised channels, with standardised service support. Key highlights include:
- Genuine ASUS batteries available through ASUS Exclusive Stores and authorised channel partners
- Professional installation support at authorised service locations
- One-year warranty on authorised battery replacements
- Verified components with official ASUS service support

- Maharashtra, Gujarat, and North-East India
To simplify access, users can use the Battery Finder microsite to locate nearby ASUS Exclusive Stores or authorised partners by entering their laptop model. It also helps connect users with the nearest authorised service centre if needed.
All authorised battery replacements include professional installation support and come with a one-year warranty.
