
Xiaomi has introduced the REDMI Pad 2 SE in China, available in two versions: Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi + 4G, along with the K90 Max smartphone. The tablet is slim and lightweight, measuring 7.4mm thick. It weighs around 406g, making it easy to carry around.
The tablet features an 9.7-inch 2K display with a 120Hz refresh. It offers up to 600 nits of brightness with outdoor mode and is certified by TÜV Rheinland for Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free, and Circadian standards. It also offers Reading Mode, Touch-on-Wet, and Flicker-Free Dimming.
Powering the tablet is a 6nm Snapdragon 6s 4G chip with Adreno 610 GPU, paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, expandable to 2TB. The Redmi Pad 2 is packed with a 7600mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging via USB Type-C
It includes Stereo Quad speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio support, along with a 3.5mm headphone jack. For photography, it features an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, while the Cellular model adds dual 4G SIM support and GPS. It runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 3.

The REDMI Pad 2 SE comes in dark grey and silver colors and is priced starting at 1199 yuan (USD 175 / Rs. 16,445 approx.) for the 6GB + 128GB Wi-Fi model. It is already on sale in China.
