BenQ MA270S 27″ 5K Nano Gloss Mac-optimized monitor launched in India

BenQ has launched the MA270S 5K monitor in India as part of its MA Series designed for Mac users. With this release, the company shifts from Mac-compatible displays to building a Mac-optimized display ecosystem focused on color accuracy, clarity, and workflow integration.

BenQ MA270S 5K Nano Gloss Monitor

The BenQ MA270S features a 27-inch 5K (5120 × 2880) resolution panel with 218 PPI, delivering high pixel density for detailed output in editing, design, and productivity tasks. It supports 99% P3 color coverage and a 2000:1 contrast ratio, tuned for accurate and consistent color reproduction across Mac devices and external displays.

A 70Hz refresh rate improves smoothness during scrolling, navigation, and timeline-based editing workflows. The monitor is aligned with macOS visual standards, including calibrated color response and brightness behavior for consistent output.

It works with BenQ Display Pilot 2 software, offering:

  • Automatic Mac color profile synchronization
  • Brightness and volume control via Mac keyboard
  • Workspace layout and screen partition tools
  • Auto Pivot and multi-display control

For connectivity, it includes Thunderbolt 4 with up to 96W power delivery, enabling a single-cable setup for display, charging, and data transfer. It supports dual 5K daisy chaining, allowing expanded multi-monitor setups. Additional ports include HDMI and USB-C, along with Smart KVM, which enables switching between Mac and PC using a single keyboard and mouse.

The display features a Nano Gloss Panel for improved contrast and clarity, along with an ergonomic stand offering 150mm height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and pivot support.
