OnePlus 15T to be introduced on March 24th

After teasers, OnePlus has confirmed the launch of the OnePlus 15T, the company’s next compact flagship, in China on March 24th. Positioned as a “small-screen powerhouse,” the device aims to challenge the industry convention that compact smartphones require compromises in hardware.

The company already confirmed that the phone will come in Pure Cocoa, Relaxing Matcha and Healing White Chocolate colours. It also confirmed a 6.32-inch OLED screen with 1.1mm ultra-narrow bezels and a 165 Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the phone includes an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and comprehensive water resistance.

According to OnePlus China head Louis Jie, the 15T is designed to deliver a flagship experience, specifically targeting performance and battery life metrics that rival or surpass larger devices.

Internally, the OnePlus 15T is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC with 4.45 million points on AnTuTu. To support heavy workloads and gaming, the device utilizes a dual-core setup marketed as the “Wind Chaser Gaming Core” and “Esports Triple Core.” A major focal point of the device is its 7500mAh Glacier Battery—a capacity typically found in much larger smartphones—which supports 100W fast charging and 50W wireless flash charging.

For imaging, the OnePlus 15T is equipped with a 3.5x periscope telephoto lens, which the 13T was lacking. We should know price when it goes official next week.
