Headphone Zone has collaborated with KZ Audio to introduce the Headphone Zone x KZ Thunder, a co-branded hybrid in-ear monitor developed entirely from scratch rather than being adapted from an existing model. The IEM is built on a new hardware platform created specifically for this collaboration.
Headphone Zone x KZ Thunder
The Thunder incorporates a newly designed faceplate, driver configuration, crossover circuit, and PCB developed exclusively for this release. Together, these elements form a standalone hybrid architecture that marks the first time the two companies have produced a co-branded IEM without modifying a pre-existing design.

I’ve been selling KZ IEMs for many years at Headphone Zone, and we’ve shipped millions across India. Until now, every collaboration was built around something that already existed. Thunder is the first time we’ve created something entirely new together. It’s the KZ IEM I’m most proud of.
