Google has integrated Google Developer Program (GDP) premium benefits into Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra subscriptions. The update bundles monthly Google Cloud credits into the subscriptions at no additional cost, reducing the need for separate billing when moving from AI prototyping to production deployment.
Earlier, access to advanced models such as Gemini 3 Pro was provided through a standalone GDP premium subscription, primarily for experimentation. Deploying applications typically required a separate Google Cloud billing setup.
What the integration includes
The integration adds Google Cloud credits and access to development and deployment tools within the same subscription.
- Google AI Pro: $10 per month in Google Cloud credits
- Google AI Ultra: $100 per month in Google Cloud credits
The credits can be used across supported services, including:
- Google AI Studio for prompt development
- Google Antigravity for agent-based development
- Gemini CLI, an open-source terminal-based AI agent
- Vertex AI and Cloud Run for application deployment
- Gemini API for agent interaction via AI Studio or Vertex AI
Eligibility and availability
The integrated Google Developer Program benefits are available now to active Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra subscribers. Users must activate the benefits through the Google Developer Program, which also provides access to developer content, community forums, and program resources. Monthly Google Cloud credits are applied as part of the subscription.
