motorola edge 70 Ultra surfaces in press renders

The motorola Edge 70 Ultra, internally codenamed “Urus,” is poised to mark a significant rebranding for the company, potentially launching as the first device under the new premium “Motorola Signature” series.

Leaked press renders from @evleaks reveal a sophisticated design in Carbon and Martini Olive, featuring a refined metal camera housing and a textured back panel that is different from the edge 50 Ultra, which was introduced back in 2024.

The device is rumored to sport a 6.7-inch 1.5K OLED curved display with ultra-thin bezels. Photography enthusiasts can expect a powerhouse triple-camera system, headlined by a Sony Lytia main sensor, accompanied by an ultra-wide and a periscope telephoto lens. All these and the front camera could get a 50MP sensor.

Under the hood, the phone will reportedly run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5—a slightly down-clocked alternative to the “Elite” variant—paired with up to 16GB of RAM and Android 16.

The motorola edge 70 Ultra is expected to be introduced at the MWC 2026 in March.
