ASUS India has announced the opening of its first ROG Labs store in Bengaluru. Located at 27th Cross Road, Jayanagar, the new facility spans two floors and aims to integrate product retail, gaming experience zones, and after-sales support in a single location.
The ground floor of the store focuses on retail and consumer experience. It displays the full range of Republic of Gamers (ROG) hardware, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals. A key feature of this section is the ‘ROGVerse’ Free-to-Play Gaming Zone, where visitors can test AAA game titles on ROG devices. Gaming slots for this zone must be pre-booked online.
The first floor is dedicated to service and refurbished product sales. It houses an ESD-compliant repair area staffed by certified engineers, designed to provide onsite diagnostics and maintenance. Additionally, this floor accommodates the ASUS Select Store, which retails certified refurbished laptops, gaming PCs, and creator series devices. According to the company, these refurbished products undergo quality checks and come with a one-year warranty.
This launch is part of ASUS’s ongoing expansion of its retail network in India. The company currently operates over 320 exclusive stores, including 20 dedicated ROG outlets, and maintains a presence through more than 5,000 multi-brand retail partners across 624 districts.
