ASUS has announced the launch of the Ascent GX10 in India, a desktop AI supercomputer for developers, AI researchers, and data scientists. It uses the NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip and the NVIDIA AI software stack to deliver AI computing in a compact form factor.
The Ascent GX10 is powered by the NVIDIA GB10 Superchip, which combines a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU and NVIDIA Blackwell GPU. It supports up to 1 petaflop of AI performance for inference and model fine-tuning, with 128GB of unified memory, enabling work on models with up to 200 billion parameters. The unit measures 150 x 150 x 51mm, making it suitable for desktop use.

The system supports the complete NVIDIA AI software stack for tasks such as prototyping, fine-tuning, and inference, including applications in robotics, computer vision, and Vision-Language Models (VLMs). Two units can be connected via high-speed ConnectX-7 network interfaces to double performance to 2 petaflops, with 256GB of unified memory and 8TB of storage.
Storage options include 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB M.2 NVMe SSDs, with PCIe 4.0 x4 for 1TB and 2TB, and PCIe 5.0 x4 for 4TB models, depending on workload requirements. The system features a thermal design with 7-level fan control, ultrawide fins, five heat pipes, and twin 140 x 80mm fans to maintain airflow and performance.
