After teasers, OnePlus has confirmed the launch of OnePlus 15R, the company’s next smartphone in the OnePlus 15 series in India on December 17th.
It will run Android 16-based OxygenOS 16 out of the box, come with f IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance, and it promises lifetime warranty for the display against green line issue.
It will come in Charcoal Black and Mint Breeze colours, said the company. The camera deco aligned at exactly 45 degrees from the top left corner, and it has a flat metal mid-frame, said the company.
This looks similar to the OnePlus Ace 6T that is all set to launch in China later this week, powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and 8000mAh+ battery. However, the India version is said to get 50MP + 50MP dual rear cameras instead of 50MP + 8MP in the Chinese version.
OnePlus says that more details about the phone will be revealed over the following weeks. As usual, it will be sold on Amazon.in, in addition to OnePlus India store and offline stores after the launch.
