
Lava just launched the AGNI 4, the company’s latest smartphone in the AGNI series in India, as it had announced. It has a 6.67″ 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display with 2400 nits of peak brightness, 10-bit color depth.
The AGNI 4 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor with 4300mm² VC Liquid Cooling System combined with Game Booster Mode 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 8GB of virtual RAM. It runs Android 15 without any bloatware, and the company has promised 3 years of Android upgrades and 4 years of security updates.

A primary focus of the AGNI 4 is the introduction of Vayu AI, a system-level AI interface located on the home screen. Unlike standard voice assistants, Lava describes Vayu AI as an “emotionally aware” companion designed for the Indian demographic. It includes voice and visual intelligence, “Circle-to-Search,” and distinct AI agents tailored for specific tasks:
- Education: AI Math and English teachers for step-by-step learning.
- Lifestyle: AI Horoscope for astrological guidance and AI Companions for conversation.
- Productivity: AI Call Summary (transcripts/speaker ID), AI Text Assistant (translation/correction), and Document Analysis.

Creative: AI Photo Editor (object removal) and AI Image Generator.
The phone has an aluminium alloy metal frame and Super Anti-Drop Diamond Frame for all-angle protection, comes with AG glass back, features a 50MP rear camera with OIS, 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP front camera. There is an Action Key offering over 100 customizable shortcuts (camera, torch, mute, etc.) via short, double, or long presses.
The handset is backed by a 5000mAh battery. It supports 66W Super Charging, which the company claims can charge the device from 0% to 50% in under 19 minutes.

The Lava AGNI 4 comes in Phantom Black, and Lunar Mist colours and is priced at Rs. 24,999 for the single 8GB + 256GB model. As usual, it offers free at-home replacement for any manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
The smartphone is set to go on sale via Amazon.in on November 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
