Apple has enhanced its AppleCare+ service offerings for customers in India, introducing new flexible plans and the addition of AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss for iPhone. This expansion aims to provide greater choice and flexibility in how customers protect their Apple devices, allowing them to maintain coverage for extended periods.
New Flexible Subscription and Theft / Loss Coverage
The updated AppleCare+ program now features both new affordable monthly and annual subscription plans. This shift provides customers with more options beyond the previous fixed-term contracts, enabling coverage to be maintained for as long as needed.
A significant new addition is AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss for iPhone. This plan incorporates all the existing benefits of AppleCare+ while adding coverage for up to two incidents of theft or loss per year. This inclusion provides customers with an extra layer of protection and peace of mind should their iPhone be lost or stolen.

- Unlimited Accidental Damage Repairs: Coverage for accidental damage is provided through unlimited repair incidents, utilizing genuine Apple parts. These repairs are available at Apple Stores and Apple’s network of Apple Authorized Service Providers.
- Battery Replacement Service: Users are covered for service if their product’s battery holds less than 80% of its original capacity.
- 24/7 Priority Support: Customers receive priority access to support from Apple experts around the clock.

Ease of Purchase
Customers can easily access, view, and purchase the new AppleCare+ subscription options for eligible devices directly through the Settings app on their iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Coverage begins immediately upon choosing either a flexible monthly or annual plan.
