Update: iQOO has finally confirmed the launch of iQOO 15, the company’s next flagship smartphone in India on November 26th, after it was introduced in China last week.
The device is positioned to introduce a range of advanced features spanning display, performance, camera, and battery technology, aiming to offer a premium smartphone experience.

Display and Design
A key feature of the iQOO 15 is its display, which utilizes the Samsung 2K M14 LEAD™ OLED Display. The company states this is the first time this panel has been used in an Android device. It delivers 2K resolution and a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate. The display reportedly achieves a local peak brightness of 6000 nits and a High Brightness Mode (HBM) of 2600 nits, which iQOO claims makes it India’s brightest display. The device also supports Dolby Vision and incorporates triple ambient light sensors for automatic brightness adjustment.
For thermal management, the iQOO 15 features what is described as India’s largest 8K VC Cooling System. Design-wise, the flagship will be available in two color variants: the Alpha Edition with a matte black finish and the Legend Edition in white, which includes a new tri-color pattern logo.

Performance and Software
The iQOO 15 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and runs on OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16. The company reports that this configuration achieves an AnTuTu benchmark score of over 4 million. Enhancing the core performance is the dedicated Supercomputing Chip Q3. This chip is said to improve efficiency and visuals, providing frame interpolation for an experience up to a 144 FPS frame rate with reduced latency.
For gaming, the smartphone also includes ray tracing technology, designed to replicate real-world light behavior for enhanced graphical realism.
Camera and Power
The iQOO 15 is equipped with a triple 50MP camera system:
- A 50MP Sony IMX921 VCS main sensor.
- A 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens.
- A 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
- The front camera is a 32MP unit.
Powering the device is a 7000 mAh battery, supported by 100W FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging capabilities.

In line with the “Make in India” initiative, the iQOO 15 will be manufactured at vivo’s facility in Greater Noida. The company has also confirmed that customers can access after-sales support at over 670 company-owned service centers across the country.
