Apple has introduced the AirPods Pro 3, featuring advanced Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Adaptive EQ, an improved fit, health and fitness tracking, and Live Translation.
AirPods Pro 3
The AirPods Pro 3 feature a redesigned internal structure for a secure and stable fit, with foam-infused ear tips in five sizes (XXS–L) to suit different ear shapes. They are IP57-rated for sweat and water resistance, and the ear tip geometry is optimized using over 300 million data points for maximum comfort and stability.
The AirPods Pro 3 use a multiport acoustic architecture from Apple to deliver spatial audio and a detailed listening experience. Next-generation Adaptive EQ enhances bass, widens the soundstage, and ensures clear vocals for music, shows, and calls.
According to Apple, ANC is up to twice as effective as AirPods Pro 2 and four times more effective than the original AirPods Pro, while Transparency mode reproduces voices naturally. Apple notes that battery life reaches up to eight hours with ANC and ten hours in Transparency mode per charge.

AirPods Pro 3 health features include:

Live Translation
Live Translation (beta) on AirPods Pro 3 allows hands-free, real-time translation in English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish, with Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese coming later this year. ANC reduces background noise for clearer conversations, and the iPhone can display live transcription for a visual interface.
Environmental Impact
Apple says it has designed the AirPods Pro 3 with sustainability in mind. They use 40% recycled content, including 100% recycled cobalt in the battery and 65% recycled plastic in the case. Manufacturing relies on 40% renewable electricity, and the paper packaging is 100% fiber-based and recyclable. The headphones are built for durability while meeting Apple’s energy efficiency and safety standards.
