Rotimatic, the world’s first AI-powered smart roti maker, has officially launched in India with its next-generation model, Rotimatic NEXT. The appliance, now manufactured in the Bangalore-Mysore region, has already served over 1 lakh homes worldwide, producing more than 250 million rotis, the company said.

Engineered with over a decade of innovation and 37+ patents, Rotimatic NEXT delivers improved performance, quieter operation, and advanced functionality. After a brief warm-up, it produces perfectly cooked rotis every 90 seconds, automating measuring, kneading, flattening, puffing, and roasting.
The appliance incorporates AI and IoT capabilities, enhanced by Vision AI and next-generation Kneading Intelligence. It learns over time and receives over-the-air updates. Users can operate it via a 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen or the companion mobile app. Makes soft, thin rotis with support for multiple flour types.
Rotimatic NEXT makes parathas, bhakri, puris, tortillas, wraps, and pizza bases with ease. It accommodates multigrain flours such as almond, maize, jowar, and bajra; gluten-free or low-sugar store-bought flours; and high-fibre blends made from brown rice or sorghum flour. Each refill of flour, water, and oil yields up to 15 rotis.
The appliance features a 1600–1800W heating system capable of reaching 265°C, while maintaining a noise level below 60 decibels. Weighing 19 kg, it is designed for easy cleaning. Built-in safety mechanisms include auto shutoff when the door opens, ensuring secure operation in any kitchen.
