The Morning Report summarizes sleep, training outlook, and HRV status. Additional features include nap detection, guided meditation, and the Health Snapshot tool. Kid activity tracking is available via the optional Toe-to-Toe Challenges app from Connect IQ.
Connectivity includes smart notifications, on-wrist texting (Android), music downloads, Garmin Pay contactless payments, and safety incident detection.
