Xiaomi has silently introduced the REDMI Buds 7S, the company’s latest budget semi-in-ear TWS earbuds for the Chinese markets. These feature dual drivers that include a 12.4mm titanium-plated unit and a 5.5mm micro-piezoelectric ceramic unit.
It supports spatial audio and HRTF sound effect algorithm creates 360° surround sound. Xiaomi has also managed to add dual-mic active noise reduction technology with deep mode and balanced mode.
It supports personalized noise reduction, which uses algorithms to intelligently detect the user’s wearing conditions, and automatically adjusts the noise reduction parameters, and provide a customized noise reduction experience. The case has a leather textured finish.
Other features include dual-device connection, and promises up to 6.5 hours battery life on a single charge, and can last up to 32 hours when used with a charging case. A 10-minute charge promises 2 hours of playback.
Pricing and availability
The REDMI Buds 7S comes in Clear Snow White, Light Lake Green, and Midnight Black colours and is priced at 199 yuan (USD 27 / Rs. 2,340 approx.). It is already available to pre-order in China and will go on sale from April 11th.
