vivo X100 series: Dimensity 9300, 1″ camera sensor, V3 imaging chip, 5400mAh battery teased


vivo has posted the vivo X100 series in white, orange, Blue and Black colours. It has also confirmed that the phone will feature a main 1″ sensor, telephoto camera, V3 imaging chip, and it will be the first phone to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.

It has also confirmed 5400mAh battery for the series, compared to 4,810mAh in the X90 series.

At the closer look, the vivo X100 shows VARIO TESSAR lens, f/1.57 aperture for the main camera, f/2.57 aperture for the telephoto camera. The X100 will feature VARIO APO SONNAR lens, f/1.75 aperture for the main camera and f/2.5 aperture for the telephoto camera. It is said to use IMX989 1″ sensor, same as the X90 Pro+ and both the models will come with Zeiss T* coating.

The Dimensity 9300 SoC which will be released later today was seen on AnTuTu listing with 2.24 million points, currently ranking first in Android. It also surfaced on Geekbench listing, posting 2256 points on single-core and 7632 in multi-core beating Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

The phone is said to feature Hynix LPDDR5T RAM, and start at 3,999 yuan (USD 546 / Rs. 45,500 approx.) for 12GB + 256GB model. We should know more details in the coming days.
