Acer Swift Edge 16 with AMD Ryzen 7040 CPUs and Predator Triton 16 with 13th Gen Intel CPUs, RTX 4070 GPUs announced


Acer has introduced Swift Edge 16 (SFE16-43) laptop, designed for dynamic professionals seeking high computing capability, productivity, and portability. It features AMD Ryzen 7040 Series processors, AMD Radeon 780M graphics, and select models include AMD Ryzen AI for enhanced performance and AI capabilities.

Additionally, Acer unveils the new Predator Triton 16 (PT16-51), a powerful gaming and work laptop. It is equipped with the latest 13th Gen Intel Core processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. Recently, Acer Swift Go was launched in India.

The Acer Swift Edge 16 (SFE16-43) is a stylish and lightweight laptop designed to turn heads. It features a thin and light magnesium alloy chassis, a vibrant 16-inch 3.2K OLED display with high color accuracy, and a fast refresh rate. The display is also TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe-certified for reduced blue light exposure.

Powered by AMD Ryzen 7040 Series processors and AMD Radeon 780M graphics, the Swift Edge 16 delivers both performance and immersive visuals. It incorporates AMD Ryzen AI on select models for real-time video enhancements during video calls. The laptop prioritizes security with a built-in Microsoft Pluton security processor and a fingerprint reader supporting Windows Hello.

With up to 32 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 2 TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage, the Swift Edge 16 ensures fast data transfer and quick load times. It features TwinAir cooling technology for efficient heat dissipation, and supports Wi-Fi 7 for high-speed and reliable wireless connections.

The laptop offers smart features such as a high-resolution webcam with advanced video effects, noise reduction technology, a full-sized keyboard, and a variety of connectivity ports including USB Type-A, USB Type-C, HDMI, and a Micro SD card reader.
