OnePlus Ace 2 Genshin Impact Limited Edition with 18GB RAM, 512GB storage announced

OnePlus introduced the Ace 2 smartphone in Vast Black and Glacier Blue colours back in February, and the phone was introduced for the global markets as the OnePlus 11R. Today, the company has introduced Genshin Impact Limited Edition version of the phone in China.

The red colour is inspired by Xiangling, the character of the fire element in the Genshin Impact. The Lava red is very attractive, and is OnePlus’ first mobile phone made of plain leather material, which is antifouling and durable, and is naturally skin-friendly, said the company.

On both sides of the back panel of the mobile phone, a separate double-wing diamond line design is made, and two stitches are added to create a delicate texture. The whole machine is lighter and has a more textured in appearance, said the company.

The Custom Gift Box has a metallic texture with a glossy UV process that brings a matte contrast, making it look luxury. The supporting base and the handle are made of metal, which is both light and strong.

The box has pins made of stainless steel and zinc alloy and uses electroplating technology that restores the true color. The box also has Xiangling Lihua poster and Xiangling stickers.

The phone has a a set of custom UI themes and sound effects, jointly designed by OnePlus and the Genshin Impact team. It also has icons, wallpapers and more.

It is still powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, but this has 18GB of RAM, so the AnTuTu benchmark reach a record 1.15 million points for the SoC, says OnePlus. The loading speed has been deeply optimized for the four-dimensional experience. It achieves an average frame rate of 59.71 fps with 1 hour of playing, says the company.

The OnePlus Ace 2 Genshin Impact Edition is priced at 3699 yuan (US$ 538 / Rs. 44,145 approx.) for the 18GB + 512GB model and will go on sale in China starting from April 24 with pre-orders starting today.
