realme GT Neo5 SE with 1.5K display, Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 surfaces


realme unveiled the GT Neo5 smartphone earlier this month, and the phone will be introduced for the global markets as the GT3 at the MWC next week. Today, the specifications of the GT Neo5 SE has surfaced. According to leaker Digital Leak Station, the phone will be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 instead of Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.

Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 and Snapdragon 7 Gen 2

Based on recent rumours, the realme phone with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 with the model number SM7475 scored 10,29,731 points on AnTuTu, close or better than some of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 devices, but the specs are not available yet.

He already said that the upcoming Dimensity 8300 chip will have the scores to match the Dimensity 9200, but it won’t beat the SM7550 (Snapdragon 7 Gen 2) chip that will be released at the end of the year. According to previous reports, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chip will also use TSMC process.

Coming to the realme phone, will retain the 1.5K AMOLED display with a centre punch-hole, similar to the Neo5. It is said to use a 64MP rear camera with Omnivision OV64M sensor with the similar large matrix module and a similar lens arrangement, but this is said to remove the transparent part near the camera module and also the RGB light.

Instead, there will be lens information MRTRIX PORF 1.79F/EFL 25MM, according to the leaker. It could retain the 5000mAh (typical) battery with 150W SuperVOOC fast charging.

The phone is expected to be priced under 2000 yuan (US$ 290 / Rs. 24,030 approx.). We should know more details in the coming weeks.
