A new line of WebOS-based 50″ and 55″ 43″ and 32″ Smart TVs from AKAI has been unveiled in India. The magic remote, Explorer, and ThinQ AI make it easy to use AKAI’s WebOS Portfolio, which comes in sizes from 32 inches to 55 inches and has HD to 4K resolutions. Earlier, AKAI Amazon Fire TV Edition Smart TVs were launched in India.
WebOS adapts well to different viewing ways and has high usability potential. The fun and straightforward UI provides rapid access to the most-used apps and history-based content discovery suggestions. Recommended content and relevant information are also accessible.
Combined with WebOS TV, you’ll have a magic remote. Alexa’s voice controls make life easier and let you skim through stuff. The slim controller has a click wheel for ergonomic scrolling. Hotkeys and quick access options make navigating and watching entertainment enjoyable.
A variety of uber-functional features combined with Akai’s sleek and chic bezel-less design language provide you with a premium experience. HDR 10 HLG, Dolby Audio, Dual Band Wi-Fi, 2-way Bluetooth 5.0, screen mirroring, MEMC, 4k Upscaling, ALLM, 1.5GB RAM, and 8GB ROM are all incorporated into Akai’s WebOS TVs. Additionally, customers get access to premium OTTs like Apple TV, Netflix, Zee5, Sony Liv, Prime Video, and Zee5.

Pricing and availability
The AKAI 55-inch WebOS 4K TV is priced at Rs. 39,990. Also, flexible EMI options starting at Rs. 3,999 are also available from partners like Bajaj Finance, Pinelabs, Kotak, and more. Pricing for other models are yet to be announced.
