realme GT Neo3 with 6.7″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 8100, up to 150W fast charging launched in India starting at Rs. 36999


realme just launched the GT Neo3, successor to GT Neo2 smartphone in India, as it had promised. It features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 94.2% screen-to-body ratio, 120Hz refresh rate and 1000Hz touch sampling rate. The COP process shortens the chin to
2.37mm. It has a dedicated display processor that provides high frame rates with lower power consumption. The phone is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC and has up to 12GB of RAM.

The phone has stainless steel liquid cooling max with a total heat dissipation area of 39606mm²,  VC liquid cooling system covering the area up to 4129mm², has 9-layer heat dissipation structure, so the core peak temperature is reduced by 19°C.

The blue and white models feature a racing stripe on the back. The AG glass process reduces the light reflection rate from 8% to 5% of traditional AG glass and is not prone to fingerprints. The phone features a 50-megapixel main camera with Sony IMX766 sensor, OIS, 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. There is a 16MP camera on the front.

The phone comes in two models, one with a 4500mAh battery with world’s first 150W fast charging that can charge up to 50% in 5 minutes and 100% in less than 15 minutes. It uses a second charge chip and TUV Rhineland safe fast charging certification. Even after 1600 charging and discharging cycles, that battery can retain over 80% health, says the company.

The 160W charger that comes with the 150W model supports PD and PPS charging. The 5000mAh battery model that supports 80W fast charging that can charge up to 100% in 32 minutes.

Pricing and availability

The realme GT Neo3 comes in Nitro Blue, Stripe White and Asphalt Black colours, is priced at Rs. 36,999 for the 80W 8GB + 128GB model and the 12GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 38,999. The 12GB + 256GB 150W model costs Rs. 42,999.

It will be available from realme.com, Flikart and offline stores starting from May 4th.
