Samsung began taking pre-orders for the Freestyle Smart Portable Projector a few weeks ago, and users can now purchase the device outright, as the company announced the device’s availability and pricing in India.
The Freestyle can project images that are 30 inches wide up to an amazing 100 inches wide. With 180˚ Dynamic Angle, you can find the perfect viewing angle by simply shifting your screen from the wall to the ceiling with a few easy clicks. The Freestyle auto-focuses for a crisp image in seconds. Auto Keystone automatically corrects skewed images to fit a straight, rectangular screen every time. Auto Levelling keeps your screen flat on any setting, from rough campgrounds to soft beds.
Immerse yourself in full HD resolution and vivid color that feels like you’re right there in the scene with support including 1080p Full HD, PurColor and HDR10. The built-in speaker on the Freestyle produces rich 360-degree sound.
Other smart features include mirroring, controlling and watching your Samsung TV via the Freestyle, transforming your space into whatever you want it to be. Choose from lighting, prisms, and many others with Ambient Mode. It allows you to stream content from your phone with the SmartThings app for Android and iOS, or AirPlay 2 for Apple devices. The Freestyle also has a button that seamlessly integrates it along with Galaxy devices for Galaxy owners. With just the push of a button, users can instantly use their Galaxy device as a remote control.
Freestyle is a small, lightweight device that weighs only 0.8 kg. The Freestyle also offers a Smart TV experience that brings you a world of content with certified OTT apps and Samsung’s own services. With integrated Samsung Bixby and Amazon Alexa, it is also compatible with external batteries that are USB-PD and have a 50W/20V output and a C-type power connection for charging for entertainment on the go. Shoppers will also get a two-year warranty on the Freestyle.

- The Freestyle is available on Samsung’s official online store, Samsung Shop, and Amazon.in for a special discount price of INR 84,990. Customers can also get a cashback of INR 5,000 right away.
- Customers who purchase the Freestyle projector between 18:00 hrs on March 29, 2022 and 23:59 hrs on March 31, 2022 will receive a complimentary carry case worth INR 5,900.
- Customers who pre-booked the Freestyle will receive a discount of INR 4,000.
