iQOO just launched the iQOO 9 series that includes iQOO 9 SE, iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 Pro smartphones in India, as it had announced. The iQOO 9 Pro doesn’t have any changes compared to the Chinese model that includes a 6.78-inch Quad HD+ Samsung E5 AMOLED curved screen with LTPO 2.0 technology, support for 10bit color, peak brightness of 1500nit, variable refresh rate of 120Hz and 1000Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with large 3926mm² stacked waterfall VC three-dimensional heat dissipation system.
The iQOO 9 has a 6.56-inch FHD+ screen with 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by Snapdragon 888+ compared to Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in the Chinese version. The iQOO 9 Pro features ultrasonic 3D fingerprint sensor with a large 578mm² area, so the efficiency is higher and faster than the optical fingerprint scanner.
The iQOO 9 and 9 Pro feature 4350mAh and 4700mAh dual-cell battery with 120W ultra-fast flash charging, and the Pro model also has 50W wireless flash charging and 10W reverse charging. As expected, the iQOO 9 SE is a rebranded version of the iQOO Neo 5S with Snapdragon 888 that was introduced in China in December with a few changes in the camera.
