Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio with 14.4-inch 120Hz display, Dolby Vision, 11th Gen Intel Core i5 / i7 processors, up to RTX 3050 Ti  GPU announced

At its event Microsoft introduced the Surface Laptop Studio which the company says is the most powerful Surface it has ever built since brining the power of a desktop, the portability of a laptop and a creative studio all in one. It has a new ultra-durable Dynamic Woven Hinge, allowing it to transition from one mode to another seamlessly.

  • In Laptop mode, enjoy a first-class typing experience with a full keyboard and Precision Haptic touchpad.
  • In Stage mode, the 14.4” PixelSense touchscreen display is pulled forward to the perfect angle for gaming, streaming, docking, or presenting to clients. With the keyboard covered, immerse yourself in the display and interact with Surface Slim Pen 2, touch or touchpad.
  • In Studio mode, make use of the optimal canvas for uninterrupted writing, sketching and other creative pursuits.

It has a dock for the new Surface Slim Pen 2 underneath the keyboard, where it magnetically attaches and charges. The Surface Slim Pen 2 has  zero pressure force and ultra-low latency for even greater control and accuracy. The redesigned sharper tip offers a finer point on writing, shading and inking. The Surface Slim Pen 2 leverages new capabilities in Windows 11 and custom Microsoft G6 processor to provide tactile signals that create the feeling of pen on paper.

The built-in haptic motor in Surface Slim Pen 2 activates to allow for a natural feel while note-taking and drawing. Tactile signals can also provide feedback when using natural gestures like circling to select in Microsoft 365 apps and using tools in Adobe Fresco.

It is powered by 11th Gen Intel Core H35 i5 / i7 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti  GPU in the i7 model. The laptop has Magnesium and Aluminum body and the dynamic Woven Hinge is made of woven fabric with embedded cables that can bend 180 degrees.
