The company’s CEO and Co-founder Carl Pei has confirmed that it sold 4800 units in less than 2 minutes. The total amount from the sale about 2.8 crores. Those who pre-ordered the earbuds today will get it by September 1st. Replying to a user’s tweet, Carl Pei said that the long time gap between the launch, pre-order and sale wasn’t done on purpose. He said that he will look that it doesn’t happen in future launches.

Flipkart now displays ‘Thanks for the great response’ Back soon banner, and the company is yet to announce details about the next sale.

The Nothing ear (1) has a transparent design, features an 11.6 mm driver, has Bluetooth 5.2 and comes with Active Noise Cancellation.
