Optoma UHD33 240Hz 4K UHD projector launched in India


Optoma, a Taiwanese company well-known for high-quality projectors, has announced the launch of their UHD33 projector in India. It is a 4K UHD home theatre projector that is capable of up to a 240Hz refresh rate, a maximum brightness of 3,600 ANSI lumens, and more.

The UHD33 projector uses a Texas Instruments DLP Chipset 7541 along with their XPR technology to deliver accurate, sharp, and high-quality images, no matter the ambient lighting. It is capable of a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, with support for HDR10 and HLG content, and it can display images at sizes from 33-inches to 300-inches.

It can output at up to 4K 60Hz with 16.7ms response time, which is perfect for next gen consoles, or it can output at 1080P 240Hz with a 4.2ms response time for high refresh rate gaming. It also supports a 21:9 ultrawide aspect ratio for immersive cinema experiences.

The Optoma UHD33 is available for purchase at retail stores across India for a price of Rs. 1,99,000
