HUAWEI P30 Pro re-released as “New Edition” with emphasis on Google apps and services, gets new Silver color


Launched back in 2019, HUAWEI P30 Pro was one of the best smartphones with a brilliant set of specifications. It garnered positive reviews for its camera performance among reviewers and masses alike. Now HUAWEI has re-released P30 Pro “New Edition” with Android 10 out of the box. Furthermore, it is available in a new silver color option that was previously only available on the P40 Pro. Apart from these two factors, this ‘New Edition’ device is similar to standard P30 Pro.

With this device, HUAWEI emphasise its compatibility with Google apps and service. However, the successive smartphone post-P30 Pro like Mate 30 and P40 Pro doesn’t come with Google services as the US continues to shun HUAWEI away from using any of its suppliers.

The phone goes on pre-order in Germany on May 15 for €749 (approx Rs. 61, 320) with deliveries beginning June 1. It will be available in Aurora, Black, and Silver Frost colors. It will also be available in UK for £699 (Rs. 64,752 approx.) next month.
