realme Band which is the company’s first fitness product was launched earlier last month. Post-launch, the company has been pushing OTA updates to iron out bugs, add new features, and more. Similarly, realme has pushed a new v6.0 update for the realme Band which brings new weather features, find my phone, several optimizations, and more.
realme has optimised the user interface to make it more functional and has optimized heart rate measurement accuracy as well. It has also optimized the data synchronisation speed and has extended the display time when the user receives a message.
Furthermore, the new features added in this update include weather report functionality which displays the current temperature in Fahrenheit and an image of the complete weather data. In order to view the weather data, users need to tap the capacitive button for 7 times and long-press the button to see the highs and lows of the next two days. It is to be noted that GPS needs to be turned on to view the weather data.
The update also adds the ‘find my phone’ option and bracelet restart function which can be triggered by long-pressing the capacitive button for more than 5 seconds while charging.
