IFA 2019: ASUS ProArt StudioBook One, ProArt StudioBook Pro X, ProArt Display, Zenbook Pro Duo and more announced


ASUS has unveiled a range of new products at IFA 2019 event in Berlin. The new announcements by ASUS include ProArt StudioBook One, ProArt StudioBook Pro X, ProArt Station, ProArt Display, Zenbook Pro Duo, Zenbook Duo and ASUSPRO.

ASUS ProArt StudioBook One

ASUS announced the ProArt lineup back in 2011 designed with creators in mind. The new ProArt StudioBook One flaunts a 15.6-inch 4K display, is powered by up to 9th Gen Intel Core i9 processor and is the world’s first laptop to feature NVIDIA Quadro RTX 6000 GPU. It comes with a unique cooling design that is specially designed to allow optimum airflow into and out of the chassis and when the laptop is opened, the outer cover of the lid opens automatically by 4.57° to maximize the inflow of cool air into the chassis.

ASUS ProArt StudioBook Pro X

The ProArt StudioBook Pro X flaunts a four-sided NanoEdge display, is powered by up to 9th Gen Intel Xeon or Core i7 processors and features NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 GPU. It also comes with ASUS ScreenPad 2.0 which is a secondary touchscreen to enhance productivity.

ASUS ProArt Station D940MX

ASUS also unveiled the ProArt Station D940MX which is a compact workstation-grade desktop designed for content creators and media professionals. It features an 8-litre chassis and is powered by a 9th Gen Intel Core i9 processor and NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GPU. It supports up to 64GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM, dual storage with a 512GB PCIe SSD and 1TB HDD.

As it is designed with creators in mind, it also includes an LED indicator at the bottom of the chassis to reflect the current status of the PC. It uses an advanced hybrid thermal system and incorporates a 2D vapor chamber and heat pipes to lower overall internal temperatures by up to 6.8°C.

ASUS ProArt Display PA32UCG

ASUS ProArt Display PA32UCG flaunts a 32-inch 4K display with UHD resolution(3840 x 2160 pixels) and is the world’s first HDR 1600 and 120Hz variable-refresh rate professional display. It supports multiple HDR formats including Dolby Vision, HDR-10, HLG along with Quantum-dot technology. It has 2x 3W stereo speakers and features I/O ports like 2x Thunderbolt 3 USB-C, 3x HDMI and DisplayPort.

ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo(UX581)

Asus Zenbook Pro Duo carrying the model number UX581 comes with the new ScreenPad Plus which is a full-width secondary touchscreen and integrates with the laptop’s primary display. It is designed especially for content creators for enhancing the workflow and multitasking.

Zenbook Pro Duo flaunts a frameless 4K UHD OLED HDR display with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and the secondary display is also a 4K touch screen with a resolution of 3840 x 1100 pixels. It is powered by up to 9th Generation Intel Core processors, up to 32GB RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPU, up to 1TB PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD. The connectivity options include Wi‑Fi 6 with Gig+ (802.11ax) and Thunderbolt 3

ASUS Zenbook Duo(UX481)

Asus Zenbook Duo carrying the model number UX481 is the younger brother to the Zenbook Pro Duo. Asus says that it is designed for creative requiring a smaller second-screen form factor. The laptop flaunts a 14-inch FULL HD NanoEdge display and the secondary screen i.e., ScreenPad Plus is 12.6-inch FULL HD panel. It is powered by up to an Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce MX250 graphics. It also has Intel Wi-Fi 6 with Gig+ network support similar to the Zenbook Pro Duo.

ASUSPRO B9 (B9450)

ASUSPRO B9 is the world’s lightest 14-inch business laptop flaunting a four-sided NanoEdge display and is powered by up to 10th Generation Intel Core processors, up to two 1TB PCIe 3.0 x4 SSDs, Wi-Fi 6 and more.

Pricing and Availability

  • ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo – starts from EUR 2999 (Rs. 2,38,060 approx.), available from today
  • Zenbook Duo – starts from EUR 1699 (Rs. 1,34,866 approx.), available starting October 2019

There is no information on the pricing of ProArt models, ProArt Monitor, and ASUSPRO business laptop.
