Samsung officially announced the Android powered Galaxy 551 which was showcased last month at IFA 2010. Samsung Galaxy 551 comes with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, Android 2.2 (Froyo) operating system, 3 megapixel camera, 3G connectivity and more. This handset is targeted for business and social network users.

Samsung Galaxy 551 features a 3.2 inch capacitive touchscreen display with 240×400 pixels resolution, 667MHz processor, Android 2.2 OS, TouchWiz 3.0 UI, 3 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, 3G connectivity, DLNA, Bluetooth, 160MB internal memory, microSD card slot, 32GB expandable memory, DivX support, GPS, FM Radio, Social Hub and 1200mAh battery.

This handset allows you to download your favourite apps from the Android market, which has more than 80,000 apps. Samsung Galaxy 551 is expected to arrive next month in Europe. It comes with a price tag of 389 euros (approx. $540).
