OnePlus has rolled out OxygenOS 4.5.13 update for the OnePlus 5, soon after the OxygenOS 4.5.11 and OxygenOS 4.5.12 updates that rolled out last week so this this has the same changelog such as improvements to launching speed of apps, support for customization of notification ringtone, bug fixes and Android security patch to September.
