We had received the Dark Chocolate iPad leather case from the folks over at a Aligata – a great name for a company selling leather accessories. Here is a short review of the iPad case after using it on our iPad for a while.

Here is what the case offers

  • Made of Best Quality Genuine Bovine Leather
  • It’s Handmade
  • 3 year warranty
  • No irritating funny logos on the case
  • Offers protection without compromising on style

This is how the case looks at first you . It has openings for the Ambient light sensor and the home button on the front. It also a plastic button on the center to help the iPad slide into the case.

The iPad fits pretty well into the case and gives it a nice classy look but since the material is leather , you can’t expect a perfect fit .

The only downside is that it’s heavy .  If you are looking for a leather case for the iPad , then the Aligata case is one of the best cases out there. It certainly adds a bulk to the iPad but those who are fans of leather products will certainly love the case.
