QiKU F4 with 5-inch HD display, 3GB RAM, fingerprint sensor, 4G LTE announced

Qihoo 360 (QiKU) today introduced F4, the company’s latest budget smartphone at an event in China, as it had promised. It has a 5-inch HD display, is powered by an Octa-Core 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 processor, runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with 360 OS and anti-theft security feature. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PDAF for quick focus in 0.1 seconds and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

It has a metal frame, fingerprint sensor on the back that can unlock the phone in 0.4s, use it to call a speed dial number and also as a camera shutter button. It comes with a hybrid dual SIM slot that lets you use the secondary SIM as a microSD slot when required and a come with 2GB RAM with 16GB storage and 3GB RAM with 32GB storage variants.

The Qihoo 360 (QiKU) F4 comes in White, Black, Pink, Gold and Blue colors and is priced at 599 Yuan (US$ 92 / Rs. 6,130 approx.) for the 2GB RAM with 16GB storage variant and 799 Yuan (US$ 123 / Rs. 8,190 approx.) for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage variant. The first flash sale starts on March 25th and the registration for the sale begins later today. No word on the global roll out yet.
