Intex to pre-install OneDrive, offer 50GB of free storage for some of its smartphones

Intex Technologies has partnered with Microsoft to pre-install OneDrive cloud storage app and offer an additional 50GB of storage for 2 years. This is available for Intex Smartphones with a memory configuration of 16GB ROM and 2GB RAM that includes, Aqua Speed HD, Aqua Power Plus, Cloud Power Plus and Aqua Star II (16GB) and all future models with similar configuration.

Intex will also pre-install Skype on some devices such as Aqua Turbo 4G, Aqua Star II (16GB), Aqua Life III and Aqua Slice II smartphones.

Commenting on the partnership, Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, Business Head, Mobiles, Intex Technologies said:

With online being the preferred medium, online storage space has also gathered lot of traction. So, keeping the consumers trend in mind, we have forged first of its kind association with Microsoft and introduced an in-built app OneDrive that will give users free cloud storage space of 50 GB. We are confident that this association will further strengthen our commitment to satisfying consumer needs better.
