Google has released Ivy, an experimental big number calculator app for iPhone and iPad. The app lets you enter enter integers, rational, or floating point values.
The Ivy app includes features like the aforementioned exact rational arithmetic, in addition to arbitrary floating point formatting, big number logarithm and trigonometric functions. It supports high precision irrational values that result from operations such as square root. The app comes with dedicated buttons for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division that sit on top of your keyboard, allowing for quick calculation.
